Excellent accommodation for a couple and their dog.The place was very clean and well thought out for easy living. A superb size garden to let your dog run free and enjoy. Will come back again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

We have stayed here a number of times and are always very impressed by the high standard of everything. It is very well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable, and the large secure garden is great for the dogs. It is also only a short drive to the lovely beach at Winterton. We look forward to many more visits!

Fantastic accommodation - been there several times and we love it and that includes the dog. We like this place so much, we could easily live there. It isn’t really close to the beach but is a short car journey away.

This was our second visit to The Old Stable and I would highly recommend. The house was clean, well equipped and had everything you’d need. The garden is huge and a fantastic place for children (and dogs) to run around in - with a lovely view of the fields - we spotted a few deer in the distance too! The welcome visit was a very nice touch too! We really loved our stay there. There is a lot to do within the area, Winterton beach is lovely and just short distance away.

We all had a very comfortable relaxing 2wk stay in the old stable, it's very clean and a well presented property 😀, first time there but OMG definitely not our last, it was a pleasure to stay, and the old stable is a absolute credit to the lovely owners, the very generous welcome hamper was very much appreciated, thank you so much, we have been going to Norfolk for many years 😀, and the old stable is by far the best place we have stayed, it's paradise and so very peaceful, and there's so much to do locally, beautiful beaches ⛱️ for walking our westie Lily and Yorkshire Terrier josh 🐾🐾, and Bacton woods is amazing, also Gunton park.

We recently stayed here for my daughter's 30th birthday, and this was our third visit to this fabulous accommodation. It ticks all the boxes for our needs, and we will surely be back again. Thank you, Dawn and Cain.

We had a lovely week at The Old Stable, the weather has been amazing. We stayed here last year, but this year my Aunt & Uncle have been staying in Robin's Rest. The barn is well equipped, lovely and clean and very well presented. We love staying here but a few tweaks would be nice, e.g. a new sofa, a couple of fans (it has been very hot in the barn this week even with the windows open) and also summer weight duvets would be appreciated in the main summer months (June to September). If the garden was as well equipped as next door (Robin's Rest) it would be perfect. Freddie (cocker spaniel) has loved every minute in the garden and thank you for making him so welcome. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.

Been several times and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s just perfect for us and our dog, he loves the big garden and the field behind where he walks off lead daily.

Beautiful home set in lovely grounds local shops and takeaways near by fantastic beach Winterton with all facilities you need brilliant for dog owners will definitely be back. We had a short break Friday-Monday but felt like a week very relaxed.

What a lovely place. So perfect for our needs. The big secure garden was brilliant for us and the dogs, and the paddock next door was great for a quick walk before heading to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, really comfy beds and sofa and nice bathroom. The second loo was very handy. Lots of storage space for coats and boots which was brilliant as our coats were very wet the first two days. We will return.

What an amazing cottage!!! It surpassed all our expectations. The Old Stable was immaculate from start to finish, everything you need is here and love the doggy shed, huge garden plus amazing field to walk the dog. Will definitely be back to stay again as location was ideal for the broads and beaches, only wish we could have stayed for another week.

This was our second stay as it was just perfect, the beds were so comfy the kitchen had everything you needed I could go on as to how perfect it was. I’ve been coming down to Norfolk for the past 50 years and would love to move down there and stayed in many properties but this has to be the best one we will definitely be booking again.

Great location for exploring coast and Broads, and every amenity only minutes away in the car. Also much appreciated by my lab was the garden and paddock. Would happily book again!

This is our 2nd stay, we like it so much we will be booking again for our 3rd visit. The accommodation is brilliant and spacious for our needs, the garden is large and fully enclosed just what our dog loves. The field next door is good for a little morning walk before visiting the many local beaches just a short trip away. We will be back - thank you

We visited The Old Stables during the May half term with our 5 year old daughter. We got unlucky with the weather but the place was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, all the amenities we could want or need and the welcome basket was most appreciated. The rear paddock with the golf pitch and putt and the football goal was an added bonus. Due to the weather we didn’t get to enjoy eating outside but the gardens and patio are exactly like the photos. All communications with the host site and the owners was informative and timely. Would definitely recommend this place and if we’re back that was in the future would look to stay again (with hopefully better weather!) Thank you for a wonderful stay.
