The single storey accommodation comprises of open plan living, dining and kitchen area with comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen has free standing fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob and microwave. There is also a handy breakfast bar for your use.

Through to a spacious double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.

Outside there is decking with chairs, table and parasol which leads on to a large enclosed garden laid to lawn. There is an area at the bottom of the garden where guests can use the charcoal barbecue (available from April to the end of September). There is off road parking at the property and one small dog is welcome free of charge. We ask that dogs are kept to living areas and off furniture. Please do not leave them unattended in the property.

Robin's Rest is next door to The Old Stable (sleeps 4) and they can be hired together to sleep 6 in total. Each has it's own private garden, and both can use the three acre meadow behind Robin's Rest. A private and safe area for you to exercise. If you wish, you can practice some golf on the mini 4-hole chipping area - just bring your clubs and balls!

2 night stays (Friday & Saturday night) can check out late on Sunday at 4pm.

Location

Robin's Rest is in a quiet rural location, just a 5 minute drive from Winterton-on-Sea's local amenities including pub, tea rooms, fish and chip shop and beach.

There’s an excellent choice of walks nearby and Winterton Dunes is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). From the end of November to the beginning of January it’s pupping season for the local grey seal colony, with literally thousands of them on Horsey beach just 10 mins drive from Winterton. It’s an amazing sight to see.

For cyclists there’s a great choice of routes and trails to enjoy. A little further afield the Norfolk Broads offers scenic boat trips or hire your own boat for the day. There’s also fishing, kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding available.

The seaside town of Gt Yarmouth is only a 15 minute drive away, with a sandy beach, end of pier entertainment, Sea Life centre, amusement arcades, pleasure beach, bowling, cinemas, Venetian Waterways, crazy golf and much more. Norwich is a 40 minute drive away, and offers shopping, museums, restaurants and a choice of theatres.
