Sea Clef is a beautifully renovated, detached chalet bungalow, tucked away on a quiet road on the outskirts of Winterton-on-Sea. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, washing machine and dishwasher—perfect for relaxed self-catering stays. To the rear of the property, the open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light, with large doors opening out onto the garden and framing views towards the sea. Comfortable seating and a Smart TV (for logging into your own streaming accounts) make this a welcoming space to unwind, while the dining table seats six with ease.

Upstairs, the impressive master suite features a superking size bed, a luxurious ensuite with bath and shower over, large double basin and WC, plus a cosy seating area ideal for morning coffee. Doors open onto a full-width balcony, where you can take in the stunning sea views and fresh coastal air. There is also an additional separate shower room upstairs.

Please note that two additional upstairs rooms at the front of the property are locked for the owners’ private use and are not accessible to guests.

Downstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king size bed and one with twin 3' single beds. The contemporary family bathroom is modern and stylish, complete with twin basins, a large walk-in shower and WC.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden provides a private space to relax, with a gate leading to private steps down to the dunes. From here, it’s just a short five-minute walk across to the beach.

Sea Clef also offers WiFi, off-road parking for two cars, and welcomes up to two dogs at no additional charge - making it an ideal choice for a luxurious seaside escape. Dogs are welcome throughout the downstairs living areas but we would prefer they are kept of the furniture please. Please note for security reasons, CCTV covers the driveway to the property.
