Located in a rural setting just outside Winterton, this ground floor apartment has a partly screened bedroom area with a comfortable kingsize bed, wardrobe and drawers. The lounge area has a futon sofa bed, table for two, TV, coffee table and French doors with views of the extensive gardens. Please note the sofa can be converted to a bed if guests prefer to sleep separately.
There is a separate fully fitted kitchen containing a fridge, electric cooker, microwave and table for two. Next to this there is a wet room with WC and basin. The kitchen has a stable door which opens onto the west facing courtyard entrance. There is plenty of on site parking with level access to property.
French doors open to a fully enclosed garden with table and chairs and views over the surrounding fields. The bridle path beside the property, which offers a safe easy walk to Winterton, can be accessed via a winding path through the trees.
Martin’s Nest is one of two properties which make up Big Sky Cottages. It can be rented together with The White House to provide accommodation for 13 guests.
Big Sky Cottages are an easy 10 minute walk from Winterton with safe and quiet footpaths to lead you to and from the village and beach. Winterton holds a host of amenities including local shop, post office and pub. There are lots of walks straight from the doorstep - ideal for walking, cycling or running. The area is great for bird watching and seal spotting too. The property also makes a great base for exploring Norfolk and the nearby Norfolk Broads.
