Grayling House is a brand new three bedroom detached house with rural views. Tucked away down a quiet lane on the edge of Winterton-on-Sea, the house has been designed with comfort in mind.
Downstairs there's a large open plan living area with a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen has an integrated fridge and freezer within the island, electric hob and integrated oven and microwave. There's also a dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the kitchen. A separate snug has a two comfortable sofas and an armchair, a 55" smart TV and there's also a downstairs WC.
Upstairs you'll find three stylish bedrooms, each with a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite shower room. The main bedroom has patio doors opening onto a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside.
Outside, the enclosed garden is gravel and laid to bark, landscaped with trees. There is parking for 2-3 cars and an EV charger available for an additional fee of £30 per stay - please contact us to arrange this after booking. Two dogs are welcome at no additional charge at Grayling House, and there is Wi-Fi throughout the property. Please note for security reasons, CCTV covers the driveway to the property.
