Our second stay at the cottage and as lovely as before. Many thanks to Sue the owner who is going out of way to return my door/car keys that I left behind!!!!!. We will definitely be returning.

When we entered our holiday cottage I knew straight away that we had made the right choice. Everything was catered for our needs and was furnished beautifully. A bonus was being able to park the car off road. So close to the beach which was perfect for our dogs. Lovely village with shops and fish & chip shop and the beach cafe. Great days out not to far from the doorstep especially the beach at Winterton on Sea.

Amity House really did feel like home. It is fabulously equipped and in a perfect location for the beach and the local amenities. Sue is a wonderful host and I would definitely recommend this house and almost certainly book again

Beautifully clean and well equipped cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to all amenities yet wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. We can't wait to come back again.

Having had a really enjoyable stay at Amity House in May with our 2 cocker spaniels, we managed to book the last 4 days available during this summer to visit again at the end of June. This time the weather was warm and sunny and we were able to take advantage of the very short walk to the beach to enjoy some time there. The house is really well appointed and comfortable , with easy secure parking behind gates leading to the enclosed garden, and the owner, Sue, very responsive to any questions pre or during our stay. Winterton is a fantastic village with all you need on hand - Poppy's tea room, Fishermans Return pub, fish & chip shop & village shop. If you're thinking of booking a stay at Amity House, don't hesitate, you'll have a lovely time.

A fabulous stay in a very clean, well-maintained and well equipped property. Winterton is just as we remembered it, a shame that the pub has gone downhill a bit (the usual lack of staff from the looks of it). Even the weather was brilliant!

Very happy with my stay at the property. The description was accurate. The location was super. All the amenities in the village were just what you wanted. You could not ask for more for a beach holiday.

Absolutely lovely stay at Amity house. Lovely large garden for our 3 dogs to chill in when we were home and is right by the beach for walks. A really lovely seaside village getaway. We will definitely be back soon!

We had a lovely week staying at Amity House, the house is modern, Well equipped and well located for all of Wintertons amenities. There is also secure off road parking for one car.

Lovely break in a lovely house with lovely weather! Excellent location, in fact didn’t need to use the car for the whole week. Beautiful beach, although access is down a steep and deep sandy slope which might be tricky for some. We found that walking across the sand dunes there was a more level access further along. Saw a few seals which was a bonus! Tried the pub, Poppy’s tea room, Seal View beach cafe and the fish and chip shop and all were very good. The house was very well stocked although didn’t do much cooking! Fully enclosed garden for our 2 dogs. Very steep, carpeted staircase which demands taking care and attention whilst using.

Enjoyed a short stay at Amity House and had a fabulous short stay. Accommodation very clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

First time in Winterton and loved everything about it, the walks from the cottage on the dunes were amazing the dogs had a great time. Amity House is one of the best cottages we have stayed in very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Hirsts farm shop is well worth a visit the fresh fish is very good. Would definitely recommend the fish and chip shop in the village. Will definitely be back next year and thank you for the welcome pack much appreciated.

Amity House had everything you could wish for. The furniture and fittings were very high spec. and it was very clean and comfortable. It was very handy for the local shop and chippy and had quick access to the dunes and the beach which made it perfect for our little dogs to enjoy as well as ourselves. The garden was fully enclosed and the off road parking behind secure gates was a bonus. It was a pleasure to stay in Amity House.

Fantastic property in a perfect location lost my wife last year and we always used to stay in this property as it was her favourite so glad I plucked up the courage to come back as I do love Winterton On Sea I will definitely come back hopefully next year.

We have come to Winterton many times but this was the first time at Amity House. However, it won't be the last. What a lovely property. There's nothing not to like whether you are a human or a dog.

This was our first time to Winterton and wow what a wonderful holiday. Amity House is outstanding in quality and cleanliness and very spacious - it has everything you need. Some lovely touches with biscuits wine and crisp on arrival. We loved it that much we will consider a winter trip here as it really was a home from home. Thank you Sue we are so grateful xx

Third time staying at Winterton but first time in Amity House. There is off street parking behind large gates. The garden is lovely and private, we enjoyed sitting outside on the garden furniture with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The house is lovely, with a large kitchen diner and cosy living room. The house has everything you need throughout your stay and is cleaned to a high standard. The beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding. Amity house is in a quiet location within walking distance to the fantastic beach and dunes which our dogs loved, the convienience store, Popppys cafe/post office and the Fshermans Return pub. The local people are very friendly. We will deffinately return to Amity House.
