Tremeer is a spacious two bedroom single storey property which has been recently modernised by new owners. With a large fully enclosed garden Tremeer is ideal for families and is dog friendly too.

Property Details

Tremeer is a modern two bedroom detached bungalow welcoming four dogs. The left hand side of the property consists of the main bedroom at the front with a king size double bed. Behind this is bedroom two overlooking the back garden with twin 3’ single beds which can be linked together to make a super king double. A modern bathroom includes a walk in shower, washbasin and WC.

On the right hand side of the property there's a large open plan living room with TV, dining area and modern kitchen. The well equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a large fully enclosed garden with views of Winterton Lighthouse. At the front there's off road parking for 2-3 cars and behind the house you'll find warm and cold outside taps to wash muddy paws and boots.

From Tremeer you can walk to the dunes and beach within 5-10 minutes and you are within short walking distance of the local pub, fish and chip shop, post office, Poppy's Tea Room and village shop. There is also unlimited free wifi included for guests.

Well laid out lovely modern interior, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Perfect garden for our 6 months old Labrador who loved zooming around at high speed ! We fortunately won the weather lottery during the last week of June with clear blue skies which made the many easy distance walks to the beach cafe and local pub a pleasure along with being able to soak up the sun in the large garden. It was our first visit to Winterton on Sea which is totally unspoiled and very quaint and looking forward to future visits.

A wonderful week at Tremeer. Clean & well equipped. Bed was super comfortable. A must is the fish & chips in Winterton (don’t forget the homemade tartare).

Just back from a great stay at Tremeer which was just as described. Loved the easy access to the beach and a great sized garden for the dog to run around in. Outdoor dog washing facilities with hot water was a great touch and meant there is no need to trail sand indoors when coming back from a walk. Winterton beach is stunning and will definitely rebook if in the area again

First time at Tremmer and won't be the last. We have had one of the most relaxing weeks in years. We have loved staying here, its been perfect for our 4 Rottweiler's, the garden is very secure and safe. Yanna our pup spent hrs chasing 🍃 🍃 🍃 and watching birds.
Amanda and Stan were great, came straight round to fix something, nothing was too much trouble. The property was immaculate, easy to keep clean even with 4 dogs. Love that we could take them in and out through the drive gates, easy to wash them down outside with the warm shower. The walk down to the beach/dunes took 10 mins, the Dunes was our favourite, you can walk for miles and miles, the pups loved it. Thanks again. Hope to see you soon.

Had a fabulous stay at Tremeer. Beautiful property with a lovely big garden for the dogs to run around in! Great Central location with the local pub (very good!) and Poppy's Tea room (also very good!) within easy walking distance. Loved the log burner and extremely comfortable beds. Real home from home feel.

Had a fantastic 4 nights at Tremeer, the house had everything we could need for a relaxing holiday. It was super clean, beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Winterton itself is a lovely village, with a lovely chip shop and pub. 10 minute walk to the beach which was extremely clean and very quiet. Would highly recommend Tremeer

One of the nicest dog friendly bungalows we have used, wonderfully large garden that the dogs loved. Excellent property in a beautiful village and close to all amenities, not to forget the dunes & beach are only a short walk away.

Our first stay at Tremeer but not in Winterton. The bungalow is beautiful and the garden is excellent for both dogs and people. Well positioned as a base for seeing local attractions such as Wroxham Barns. We enjoy crafting so this was very interesting with all the crafting shops to visit. Plenty for children to do too. The beaches at Winterton are amazing and in easy reach with 10 mins. Love to come back next year. (Stayed 19-26 May 2023)

We stayed for a long weekend family break. As soon as you walk in the loveliness of the bungalow hits you. The attention to detail is second to none. We felt very at home and very welcome, it’s quite obvious that the hosts love dogs. They provided a dog bowl, treats even a ball for the beach. Everything was super lovely in a very nice village, beach, shop, tearoom, pub and fish and chip shop all walkable. Not far from Great Yarmouth, Caister and Norwich. We will definitely return.

Beautifully renovated bungalow ideal for holiday breaks in this great village, 4th time in Winterton & always a pleasure to visit. The accommodation is ideal for a holiday or break & wouldn’t feel cramped even with 4 adults & dogs, the garden is well kept & would be great in the summer. Tremeer is a beautiful bungalow that offers everything we wanted and needed for a relaxing family holiday with our kids and dogs. It is also perfectly placed to walk to Winterton beach, access lovely walks and we particularly loved visiting Sea Palling which is just a 20 minute drive away. We visited the local pub which was very nice but to be honest we were perfectly happy to sit in the gorgeously spacious garden at Tremeer. We would highly recommend this holiday home and thought the welcome box of goodies was very welcoming and thoughtful.

We had a lovely holiday at Tremeer. Clean, spacious and well equipped, very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs. Beach walks with the dogs every morning, with accompanying curious seals spying on us. We mostly ate at Poppy’s and the Fishermens Return which were friendly and dog friendly

We have just come back from staying at Tremeer for half term week. Beautifully refurbished bungalow with everything we needed in it - was a home from home. Our dog loved the garden and it was close to everything we needed to get to so a great base. Had lovely walks around the village and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Tremeer is a beautiful bungalow, perfectly situated in the gorgeous village of Winterton. Beach a short walk, local pub dog friendly & great food. We had a lovely personalised welcome basket on arrival which was a lovely touch, would definitely stay there again

Our second holiday at Tremeer in six months, we couldn’t wait to be back! The four dogs love the secure garden, really important when you are tiny Chihuahuas. Perfect property. Immaculate modern beautifully refurbished bungalow. The garden is large and totally secure for even the weenies dogs like my four Chihuahuas. Location is brilliant, short walking distance to everything. The local pub serves delicious food, cooking became obsolete. Fabulous sunrises and sunsets with huge skies all around. Peaceful and relaxing location what more could we ask for.

We had a lovely long weekend at Tremeer - a beautifully decorated, clean, spacious bungalow with a large garden for the dogs. It is well situated just at the edge of the village and only 10 minutes walk to the centre and beach. The welcome pack was a nice touch too. Thank you for letting us stay.

Just returned from a lovely week at Tremeer. The bungalow is beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and in a great, quiet location. There was a lovely basket of goodies for us and our dogs on arrival, the owners have thought of everything. The garden is large and very secure, perfect for our dogs. The sand dunes and beach are about 10 minutes away, the pub and shops even nearer. The whole village is very dog friendly so we were able to eat out with them. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We stayed at Tremeer over a long weekend and the property is perfect. Immaculate throughout with a real fresh and clean feel to both the inside and garden. The garden is ideal for dogs with plenty of running around space and is fully enclosed and private. We will definitely be staying there again and just hope for better weather nice time.

What a beautiful treasure we found as this property is immaculate. The garden is enclosed and not overlooked, everything is provided. It's very well placed in the picturesque village and for enjoying the area as a whole. The owners are lovely and couldn't do enough to help.

Have been staying in different places in Winterton for the past 20 years, but I absolutely love this place. It is clean, fresh and modern with a great garden for the dog and seating areas. Open plan makes it feel light and airy but still cosy. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful property and wish it was our own. Thank you Stan and Amanda for the lovely treats!

Have recently returned from a short break in Tremeer. The property was well equipped, extremely clean, quiet and very stylish. Shower was amazing! The back garden is a good size and fully enclosed with two areas with comfortable seating. Will definitely be returning in the future.
