We had a brilliant week in The Net House. Very comfortable accommodation and everything you need is within walking distance; shop, pub, fish&chips, post office and the beach! Excellent walks straight from the house with access to the Norfolk costal path.

The Net House is in a great position for hassle free access to the beach and village amenities. Our dog is frightened of traffic so we normally have to drive to places even is just a couple of hundred yards away. However at Winterton we were able to walk everywhere, a first. Don't use satnav to find The Net House when in village, look at a map first. Beach and sand dunes were excellent. Winterton has a great pub, fish and chips shop and cafe ( in post office). Everywhere is ultra dog friendly. Want to go back ASAP.

We had a lovely short break at Net House. Loved the information provided beforehand and during the stay. The house was in a great location and we enjoyed exploring the wider area too. Lovely small garden for the dog and the dog gate was a great edition. It was warm when we stayed so thinner duvets for the summer would be a good idea. Otherwise no complaints. Thank you

The Net House is the perfect cottage for a coastal break! We had a great weekend and were lucky with the weather. The garden is a real sun trap! The cottage itself is well laid out and has excellent facilities. Thank you for letting us stay.

A really lovely cottage in Winterton. Perfectly located for peace and quiet but only a few minutes to the Dunes and beach. Great size with everything you need for your stay. Completely dog friendly with very secure rear garden. Really supportive communication with the owner when needed. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely cottage, had everything you could need. Situated in a peaceful location with a south facing sun trap of a garden that we were able to enjoy as we had sunshine every day of our stay. Enjoyed daily walks on the beach and dunes. The app was really useful and Rachel was only a message or phone call away if needed. Thank you for the welcome pack which had some lovely treats for us and our dog. We would definitely book again.

The Net House was ideal for the two of us, plus two dogs. Very clean, tidy and comfortable with an enclosed, south facing garden. Well equipped kitchen and very effective electric wall heaters. Family bathroom with a good shower. A wood burner and lots of logs were provided, though we found the electric heating to be sufficient. Shops, pub and fish and chip shop all nearby, as are the sand dunes and beach; ideal for dog walks.

We stayed at Net House last year so knew it would be ideal for us because of its size & location. This time we had the advantage this time of a summer visit so could enjoy the garden, it has the sun all day & is secure for the dog to be out alone. Everything was as before & the owners are always available if you need to contact them, we have booked to return later this year.

We had a lovely stay at Net House. It had everything we needed, a good size for three adults and a dog. It is super close to the sand dunes and beach. So good for dog walks. Poppy's cafe and the fish and chip shop are highly recommended. Also the Fisherman’s Return pub was lovely. Rachel was always quick to respond to any questions and we loved the welcome pack on arrival. We will be back again soon for sure!!

Our sixth year visiting Winterton on Sea this time staying at Net House. Lovely cottage in a great location which has everything you need for your holiday. A short walk to to a wonderful beach through the dunes or via beach road and your bound to see seals in the sea at some stage. Good walks to other villages from here. The Broads close enough to visit or hire your own boat. The App was very useful and the welcome pack was lovely for us and the dogs enjoyed their treats. A wonderful week and of course we will be back.

Third time and certainly won’t be the last! Feel like it’s become our timeshare holiday, net house is so comfortable, well furnished and lovely bed, nothing too much trouble for Rachel sorting out a minor niggle, fast responses and so helpful. Wonderful beach, dune and coastal walks and seal spotting at Horsey a must. Lovely to just feel so at home and not to have to drive too many miles to have a really relaxing holiday. Used the app from previous visits contains very useful information. Had a meal from the fish and chip shop and drinks at the beach Seal View cafe a fair few times. An extremely dog friendly village. Suki appreciated the dog treats included in the welcome package, very thoghtful. Highly recommend Net House plus the cottage garden is a sun trap full of bird song. Just deciding which month to try next time, having been in June July and September previously. The beauty of being retired!
