Newly renovated, Seaview is on a quiet residential road overlooking Winterton Valley with direct acccess to the dunes below via a private gate at the end of the garden. With amazing sea views, this property is the perfect holiday home on the coast.
The front porch leads into a modern well equipped kitchen, with electric oven, hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There's also a washing machine and separate drier. The open plan living and dining area makes the most of the fabulous sea views with double doors opening up to the enclosed back garden.
There are two beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms: the main bedroom has a standard size double bed and sea views, and the second bedroom has twin single beds. There's a modern shower room with a walk in shower, washbasin and WC.
The property is dog friendly with hard flooring, dog throws, bowls and an outside dog shower. The garden is enclosed and there are miles of great walks on the doorstep. It's a 5-10 minute walk into Hemsby where there are shops, cafes and restaurants as well as amusements. Or if you fancy something quieter it's a 15-20 minute walk to Winterton-on-Sea.
Outside there's a large decking area to the side of the cottage which makes the most of the evening sun. The back garden is fully enclosed with a low hedge (with stock wire fencing in) at the back to make the most of the sea views. Wifi, freeview and Netflix are included, and the cottage is centrally heated throughout. There is off road parking for one car. Four dogs are welcome at Seaview, but depending on size more may be possible - please ask us for more details.
