Rosehearty is a spacious three bedroom detached bungalow, with a large enclosed garden, amazing sea views and access via private steps to the dunes, where it's less than 5 minutes walk across to the beach.

Property Details

Rosehearty is a spacious detached bungalow situated on a quiet road in Winterton-on-Sea, with stunning sea views. The property sleeps up to six people in three gorgeous bedrooms, with two modern bathrooms.

At the back of the bungalow, a large open plan living area has comfortable seating for six and a TV with Netflix, a dining area, and a modern well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, two electric ovens, an electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. Full height glass doors face out towards the sea, and provide a fantastic view whatever the weather. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed and there is garden furniture on the patio as well as a gas barbecue. Private steps at the bottom of the garden lead to the dunes, and from there it's less than five minutes walk to the beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and sea views. The freestanding bath provides a luxurious touch, and there's also a TV in the room. Next to the master bedroom is a bathroom with a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC. At the front of the property you'll find bedroom two which also has a king size bed, and bedroom three with two full size (3' wide) single beds. A second bathroom near those two bedrooms has a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC.

In the garage you'll find a washing machine and tumble drier. There is unlimited free wifi for guests, and off road parking for three cars. A maximum of two dogs are welcome at Rosehearty.

We have had an absolutely lovely week at Rosehearty .The owners have thought of everything that you could need being away on holiday, well done . On arrival everything was very clean which is obviously very important. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Beds are very comfortable and bedding lovely and fresh. Lounge furniture very comfortable and clean. The garden is very secure with solid gates which you can lock from the inside so no worrying incase your dog runs out of the house. Good lighting around the property for extra security. Wonderful views from the inside looking over the Dunes to the sea. Brilliant having access by a small gate with steps down to the Dunes. Our Great Dane loved to stand and watch from the garden people walking over the Dunes. The locals are so very friendly. We just love Winterton .I can't imagine anyone coming to Rosehearty and not enjoying themselves. Thanks to Colin and Sue for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas at Rosehearty. The house is so well equipped with more than you can ever need I felt at home when I stepped through the door. Amazing views from the house and garden, steps to the dunes are steep but manageable. It is a 10–15 minute stroll into the village either along the dunes or the byway leading to The Hollway. It was lovely to see the seals and their pups on the beach and Interesse sand dunes. If I were to sum up our stay in the words it would be, Excellent, Outstanding, Superb.

We had a lovely relaxing break at Rosehaerty. It is so well equipped you couldn’t ask for anything more, the attention to detail to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is so well equipped they have thought of everything you would need and more, a quality place to stay! The views are stunning and the walks along the dunes / beach with our dog have been wonderful. We highly recommend Rosehearty.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely house. The location and views were amazing. The house is well equipped and felt very comfortable. The garden is great for the dogs, very secure and large enough for them to chase the rabbits! Everywhere we went was very dog friendly.
We have already booked again for next year and can’t wait to be back.

Rosehearty is fantastic, in terms of facilities, location and amenities. The peace and tranquillity when outside overlooking the coastline is hard to beat. Poppy’s, Fishermans Return, Seal View and the Fish Bar were all great. Thoroughly recommend all and Rosehearty.

A wonderful location in its own world. A lovely enclosed and secluded garden with wonderful views of the dunes and sea. The bungalow is spacious and homely and has everything that you require. Pleasant kitchen area which together with the lounge has wonderful views of the sea. You are in a different world of peace and quiet and feel totally relaxed. Easy access to dunes and beach where you can walk for miles. I have already booked again for next year

We loved staying at Rosehearty. A beautiful warm and comfortable house with everything you could possibly need provided. Amazing views from the garden and our own steps down onto the dunes. Our two dogs loved all the walks on the beach. Only a short walk to the local pub and shops and a short drive to see the seals at Horsey. We will definitely book to stay here again.

We had a REALLY wonderful time at Rosehearty and would definitely like to return. It had everything needed and was lovely and warm and comfortable. The outlook is just wonderful and the access straight onto the dunes/beach really special. We saw many seals and baby pups which was really good. A really lovely place to stay and would recommend to others

My first stay at Rosehearty, and it won’t be my last (if I’m quick enough to book)! Wonderful property, the views are amazing, and I loved having direct access onto the dunes - yes, the steps are steep but you get used to them and my 11yr old dog learned to bunny hop up just fine, so don’t let this put you off.

The house was immaculate, and has everything you could possibly need. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages. The garden is totally secure (if the front gates are shut) and has lots of rabbit visitors throughout the day. This place is a real home from home.

The owners are really friendly and responsive, and even allowed me to arrive early - thank you! I will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Rosehearty 4 times and will definitely book again. Rosehearty is perfect for us and our dog. Very clean and has all the amenities you need. Wonderful views and easy access to the dunes and beach. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect place for a holiday. Great property in a fantastic location. The view from the cottage from inside or the garden is a dream.

Second stay this year (stayed in May 2021) in the wonderful Rosehearty Accommodation. Location is so convenient for travelling around Norfolk if that's your thing. I only wish the accommodation held up to 8/10 people so we could have Christmas here!

Stayed here in May. It's truly wonderful and has everything you need. Spotlessly clean too. We loved the location, heading from the back garden down to the dunes and on to the beach with our dog. Lovely village tea room, pub and fish shop. Ideally located to travel to other beaches and we always enjoy the walks up the beach to Horsey. Looking forward to stopping here again!

We love Winterton and come several times a year. Rosehearty is one of, if not the best places we've stayed. Modern decor, spotlessly clean with amazing views. We felt so at home and had everything we needed. We didn't want to come home. Just amazing :-)

Wow! Gorgeous home with perfect dunes and beach access. Contemporary bungalow with sheltered dune walks from the garden or few minutes further to spectacular beach. Loved watching the seals play in the water so close to shore and our dogs were in heaven with miles of empty beach. A perfect stay!

Rosehearty exceeded our expectations, very spacious, comfortable and beautiful views of the dunes and sea. We saw seals
as we walked along the beach. The weather we had in November was crisp with sunshine which made our stay more enjoyable.
The bungalow is perfect for having a bit of independence as it is very large, the night lights in the hall way were a lovely touch.
Having a bath in the master bedroom and a scenic view was nothing short of magical.

Stayed here in May 2019, lovely modern property ideal for older and younger guests who would prefer to avoid stairs. Very well equipped with stunning views. This was our third trip to Winterton.

Four of us (and 2 dogs) stayed last week and enjoyed a fabulous time. The bungalow is stunning and everything we could possibly have needed was included. The dogs enjoyed the garden - and visits from the rabbit, and we all took advantage of the walks so close by. Already looking to sort something for 2020!

Well what a Gem we found here! The trouble is, by given it a great review means other people will want to stay 🤣🤣😂😂 However, we will tell the truth and say what a magnificent property Rosehearty is. Perfect location and views are brilliant. Having rented numerous holiday lets around the UK, this is the best one by far. There is absolutely nothing the owners have not thought of in making this available to rent. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and everything you need for a great stay, we would give it ten out of ten!
