We are very happy that we chose this holiday home. It’s a very clean, modern & bright refurbished chalet that has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Somewhere that you can easily stay in at on a rainy day. Definitely going to return!

Mardle was spotless! and equiped with everything you need for a perfect stay. It's nice to see the photos of the interior are exactly what you find when you open the door to this lovely home, believe me, we have had 20 years of holidays on Sundowner and some photos of previous lets have not been the same as advertised. We had taken one small dog with us and it's the first time on holiday that she didn't bring fleas home with her. Again the place is spotless! no carpets was a great advantage for cleanliness. Out of all the chalets we've hired in the last 20 years, this was the best. It's been upgraded to a high standard. The shower room was spotless too! not one bit of dirt anywhere, nice fittings and a nice shower. All the rooms are tastefully done with some thought put into the design. The double bed was very comfy ( great mattress ) even small touches like the night time motion sensor lights in the plug sockets are a great help also the towels and bedding look new. The car park is outside the property so it's good to keep an eye on on your car through the kitchen window, if you feel the need. The only annoying thing was, when the wind was strong, some of the facia to the back of the chalet was flapping, you could hear the wind buffeting in the roof. If the owner hasn't been told about this, it wouldn't of been fixed so hopefully now, it will be. This is a great place to stay, you'll not be disapointed. We'll definitely be hiring this beautiful place again. Great host too! very prompt, when booking. Finally, it was great to see the old Seabreeze club open again now called Harleys it's the best place for a drink, ( happy hour ) bingo, karaoke and entertainment. They make you feel very welcome, they are dog friendly, in fact they are the only dog friendly place to go at Sundowner.

This chalet was exceptional, everything was spotlessly clean, The decor is modern, clean and unfussy however some really nice attention to details, like the light switches in the bedrooms, most Chalets have pull cords by the door here they have found a solution and have switches by the bed… a silly little thing really however it shows the attention to detail they’ve gone too. I also liked the Little Radio in the kitchen, I didn’t use it however again I thought it was a nice touch. My only slight negative and this wasn’t a major issue for my weekend as I rearranged the crockery cupboard was kitchen storage for my food provisions. A additional shelf within the upper cupboards can easily be added to remedy this. This is a super bright light and airy Chalet, I couldn’t think of anything I needed that it didn’t have. They have completely Nailed it, Back of Net! I’d wholeheartedly recommend this Chalet in a heartbeat!

I was so impressed with this gorgeous chalet. It looks exactly like the photos and was the perfect spot to relax with my son. Loved the furnishings. Everything was immaculate and beds were really comfy. Everything we needed to hang out and relax and cook when we weren't enjoying the beautiful beach. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Beautifully decorated chalet, with fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and loads of little extras. Super comfy bed with nice bedding. Value for money is outstanding. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants to stop in the area 🙂

Booked a last minute break in Hemsby for the bank holiday weekend. We usually stay in Hemsby 2-3 times a year. The chalet is based in the Sundowner Holiday Park, a side of Hemsby that I'd never been before and was brilliant. 15 minute stroll to beach and centre. Chalet itself was beautiful definitely didn't expect it to be that nice, clean and well presented. After staying in Richardsons and Belle Aire, this chalet was miles above these places. Thank you for a lovely stay and will try and get in contact to book again for October.
