Bosuns Cottage

Bosuns Cottage is a pretty detached thatched cottage overlooking the village green in Winterton-on-Sea. It provides a perfect place for a holiday, or a getaway at any time of year. As well as being five minutes stroll from the beach, Bosuns Cottage is close to all the village amenities including the local pub, fish & chip shop, Seal View cafe, post office and village shop.

The spacious living area spans the length of the left side of the property with comfortable seating for six with sofas and armchairs. There is a modern electric fire and Smart TV with Sky (including Sky Sports), Netflix and a DVD player. This continues into the bright and airy kitchen and dining areas which overlook the pretty garden. The well equipped kitchen has a high level electric oven, hob, Nespresso machine, slow cooker, under counter fridge and full size dishwasher. There is an additional fridge/freezer and washer/dryer in the garage. There is a large oak dining table and chairs. Access to the garden is through the double patio doors.

With two double bedrooms, Bosun's Cottage is suitable for up to four adults (no children allowed). The downstairs ensuite bedroom has a kingsize bed and plenty of storage. There is also private access to the garden. The en suite has a walk in shower, WC and basin. The garage is accessed through the downstairs bedroom. A further downstairs shower room is to the right of the front door. Upstairs there is a further kingsize bedroom overlooking the green. There is a wardrobe, drawers and dressing table.

At the rear of the cottage the back garden has two areas: a patio with garden furniture, and then steps lead down to a pretty lawn area planted with shrubs and trees. The back garden is fully enclosed and safe for dogs - two small/medium dogs are welcome and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There is an outside tap at the front of the cottage for washing sandy paws! Off road parking for two cars is at the front of the cottage on the driveway.
