Beachside House

Beachside House is a spacious four-bedroom holiday home with stunning sea views, set in an enviable position right on the Norfolk Coast. Sleeping up to nine guests, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxed seaside escape with family or friends, and holds a 4 Star Gold Self Catering Award from VisitEngland.

At the back of the house, the large lounge spans the width of the property and takes full advantage of those breathtaking sea views. There’s a 55" smart TV and comfortable seating, and the patio doors lead straight out to a large, secluded garden and decking area with outdoor furniture and a gazebo, overlooking the beach below. The dining room comfortably seats eight and also opens out to a private courtyard patio — perfect for leisurely breakfasts or evening meals outdoors.

The impressive fitted kitchen is sleek and fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, large larder fridge, separate freezer and coffee maker, ideal for keen cooks. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" LCD TV and sea view. Two further double bedrooms (one with sea view) and a fourth bedroom with a combination bed (4ft bed with 3ft single over) also enjoy LCD TVs and stylish furnishings. The family bathroom has a double Jacuzzi bath beneath a skylight, a separate shower, WC and wash basin, while downstairs there’s a modern shower room with double walk-in rain shower, WC and basin.

Outside, the private garden overlooks the sea and features a bar and games room with dartboard, ideal for relaxed evenings together. There’s also a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, free WiFi throughout, and parking for up to three cars. Two small-medium dogs are welcome free of charge, though not upstairs or in the bedrooms.
