The Hollies is a spacious two bedroom single storey property which has been recently modernised by new owners. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms.

The Hollies has the same owner as Tremeer, and has been recently renovated to the same high standard. Situated in a quiet residential area, The Hollies offers comfortable accommodation for two couples or a family all year round.

You enter the property via a side door, with a small entrance hall which has a shower room leading off it. The large open plan living area has a corner sofa, TV, kitchen area and sunny dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with an island and four bar stools, an electric hob and oven, 3/4 size dishwasher, washing machine and an under counter fridge with an ice compartment.

At the rear of the property are two good size bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. There are patio doors leading from both of the bedrooms out to the back garden which is paved and fully enclosed.

At the front there is a lovely enclosed decking area, and ample parking for two cars on the drive. The Hollies is dog friendly and welcomes up to 4 dogs, and there is also unlimited wifi for guests.

  • A fabulous relaxing long weekend at The Hollies. Well maintained and comfortable bungalow in our favourite village. Everything you need is provided with a well thought out welcome basket including something for our dogs. Thank you! Long walks to see the seals on the beach. Local pub great and poppies tea room !!

  • Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Hollies. Property was very clean and spacious and appreciated the welcome pack. Location was ideal for our first holiday away with our dog. We enjoyed walks along the miles of sandy beaches and exploring the local area. Winterton is a lovely unspoilt village with the bonus of a pub within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

  • Just home after a great week at The Hollies. A lovely bungalow which is light, spacious and really well equipped. Parking off road for two cars was ideal and the 10 minute walk to the beach across the dunes made it a perfect location for walking the dog. Would definitely recommend and we hope to do a return visit 😊🐾😎

  • Lovely week at the hollies, the bungalow is modern clean and well equipped. It is located in the centre of the village within easy reach of all amenities. The back garden is fully enclosed and safe for dogs. The only thing I would add is that a freezer would be useful.

  • I stayed at The Hollies in March with two friends. We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation is lovely and modern, clean and well equipped. A nice open space for socialising. It is very well equipped with lots of tea, coffee, and lovely welcome pack. We got drenched on a walk and welcomed the fact we could all have a hot shower each when we got back what with 3 bathrooms. Had a lovely walk along the dunes to The Nelson’s Head and then back via the beach to see hundreds of seals! Communication with owners was excellent, lovely friendly people. Would definitely stay again.

  • I stayed at The Hollies with my friend and our collective small dogs. Firstly, it was very clean, it’s a spacious, contemporary space with 2 double bedrooms, both en-suite. It was perfect for us. The welcome Hamper was thoughtful and well received by us and the dogs.I know Winterton well, so finding the alley through to the church thereby cutting out walking into the village via the road was great. We had a superb long weekend at The Hollies and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

  • Returned from our weeks stay, all I can say is it’s such a lovely spacious cottage that’s well equipped with everything you need! Three dogs also enjoyed their stay too, although they didn’t like the outdoor shower it was very handy being able to wash them after being on the beach everyday. Amazing being able to see the grey seals in the sea! Will definitely be looking at returning for another holiday.

  • 4 of us stayed at The Hollies last week. The bungalow was lovely, beautifully appointed and with a lovely welcome pack. The beds were comfy and the whole house was spotless and so comfortable. It was beautifully warm without the heating being used. It would have been nice if we could have used the front deck but the weather wasn’t warm enough - it was October. The village was lovely and the people very friendly, everyone passed the time of day. For a small village, it offered lovely eating places so if you preferred to stay local it was excellent.

  • Just back from a lovely week at The Hollies. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you could need and very comfortable. It is very well appointed. The fabulous beach is a very short walk away. There is a local pub, shop, fish and chip shop and a tea room that do lovely food. Lovely walks and places to visit. Recommended

  • We booked a last minute R&R getaway at The Hollies and it couldn’t have been a more perfect choice. We had midweek to midweek dates (hard to book in peak season) and Winterton Cottages made this so easy to work with, the whole process from initial enquiry to reservation and arrival on the day was seamless. From here it only got better, the Hollies is a beautifully appointed property, with everything you need, it has an ambiance of calm and tranquility and is perfectly located in a beautiful unspoilt beach side village, yet within easy reach of outstanding countryside and coastal activities. The local walks are lovely, the local pub so welcoming and dining at the beach watching the sunset is breathtaking. A special mention for the outstanding welcome our dog received at the cottage and the Norfolk community. We came back completely refreshed and looking forward to a return visit.

  • Just home from a stunning week at The Hollies. Beautiful property and the decking out the front is where we spent most of our time when not on the beach - the dogs loved it so much looking to create the same in my own home! Everything thought off, so clean and comfortable. Perfect location for the dog friendly pub and beach....if I had my laptop with me I would have taken the cancellation that followed our week and stayed longer and worked from there!!

  • Just back from a fabulous week at The Hollies. Really did not want to come home. We stayed with friends and it was just perfect having your own shower room. There is everything you need in a self catering place. We loved sitting at the front private patio with a good book and drink just the right way to finish a of day exploring. Lots of fabulous circle walks and lovely beach walks. The village is so friendly and welcoming.

  • We were the first guests to stay at The Hollies and had a lovely 4 day break . The bungalow was furnished to a very high standard and the owners are nearby and able sort any issues out promptly. I think it would be helpful to have some basic condiments like salt , pepper and vinegar in the kitchen and maybe a kitchen roll . These have normally been provided in other self catering that we’ve stayed in . We had a lovely welcome pack waiting for us on arrival , a very kind gesture .Winterton is a lovely quiet village with a great dog friendly beach . It’s a good base to visit that area of Norfolk both inland and on the coast .
