Sanderlings is a modern detached house in the heart of Winterton-on-Sea. It's a easy 5 minute walk from the long sandy beach, and close to everything else you might need for a relaxing stay on the Norfolk Coast.

Property Details


Sanderlings is a bright and spacious four bedroom detached house with a central location in charming Winterton-on-Sea. Downstairs there's a large open plan living area with a TV and Amazon Firestick, and a large dining area. Adjacent to this the kitchen has an electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. There's also a washing machine and wine fridge in the utility room which leads off the kitchen and has doors leading either to the front garden, or to the decking area in the back garden. There's a downstairs WC off the utility room. Doors from the open plan living area lead out to a fabulous large conservatory with plenty of seating - it's the perfect space for relaxing.

Upstairs are four comfortable bedrooms. The largest room overlooks the back garden and has a king size bed. Bedroom two also overlooks the back garden and has a standard double bed. Bedroom three is at the front of the house and has a 4' small double bed, and the smallest bedroom has an elevated 3' single bunk bed. There are two bathrooms upstairs: one with a shower, WC and washbasin, and the second bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, WC and washbasin. 

Outside, the back garden is a good size, with a decking area near the house for al fresco dining. At the front of the house is a small enclosed garden area, and space for one car to park off the road. You can park on the road nearby with no restrictions. 3-4 dogs are welcome at Sanderlings at no extra charge. There is free wifi for guests.

From Sanderlings, it's a five minute easy stroll to the beach which is dog friendly all year round. The local Fisherman's Return pub is less than two minutes walk up the road, and the fish & chip shop, Poppy's post office and tea rooms, and the local shop are all within 100 yards.
