Description

Ladybird provides studio accommodation in a peaceful rural location with stunning garden views. It is designed for two although there is room for a cot/toddler bed which can be provided on request.

There is a comfortable kingsize bed, and a seating area with TV. There is a separate compact stylish kitchen with sink, fridge (with a small freezer compartment), table and chairs and a microwave and mini cooker. The adjoining shower room has been cleverly built to make maximum use of space and has a double size shower. Guests also have access to the laundry room.

As Ladybird is only let when The White House is unoccupied, guests will have exclusive use of the large 3/4 acre south facing garden, with garden furniture and a barbecues. There's also a summerhouse which is the perfect place for sundowners. Two dogs are welcome at no additional charge at Ladybird, and there are miles of great walks right on the doorstep without having to drive anywhere.There is plenty of on site parking with level access to the property.

Ladybird is situated an easy 10 minute walk from Winterton with safe and quiet rural footpaths to lead you to and from the village and beach. Winterton holds a host of amenities including local shop, post office and pub. There are lots of walks straight from the doorstep - ideal for walking, cycling or running. The area is great for bird watching and seal spotting too. The property also makes a great base for exploring Norfolk and the nearby Norfolk Broads.

Ladybird is an easy 10-15 minute walk from Winterton with safe and quiet footpaths to lead you to and from the village and beach. Winterton holds a host of amenities including local shop, post office and pub. There are lots of walks straight from the doorstep - ideal for walking, cycling or running. The area is great for bird watching and seal spotting too.

There’s an excellent choice of walks nearby and Winterton Dunes is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). From the end of November to the beginning of January it’s pupping season for the local grey seal colony, with literally thousands of them on Horsey beach just 10 mins drive from Winterton. It’s an amazing sight to see.

For cyclists there’s a great choice of routes and trails to enjoy. A little further afield the Norfolk Broads offers scenic boat trips or hire your own boat for the day. There’s also fishing, kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding available.

The seaside town of Gt Yarmouth is only a 15 minute drive away, with a sandy beach, end of pier entertainment, Sea Life centre, amusement arcades, pleasure beach, bowling, cinemas, Venetian Waterways, crazy golf and much more. Norwich is a 40 minute drive away, and offers shopping, museums, restaurants and a choice of theatres.
