Property Details
Hilltop is a fabulous holiday home just a few minutes walk away from a wonderful clean sandy beach at Mundesley on the North Norfolk Coast. It is also a short walk to the quaint village where you will find everything you need a Post Office, butcher, greengrocer, a boutique, pharmacy, a gift shop, two fish and chip shops and pub. Mundesley is very dog friendly and so is Hilltop.
The house is large enough to easily accommodate everyone; perfect for multi-generational celebrations. Children are well catered for both inside in a kid’s den and out in the large garden, so you can hopefully get some time to yourselves to relax and enjoy the hot tub.
On the ground floor you will find two large comfortable sitting rooms, both with log fires and TVs and the dining room with a lovely bespoke dining table and chairs sitting 16 guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to keep all 16 guests fed and watered! You will also find the 'Kids Den' just off the kitchen where you will find another smart TV and bean bags for chilling but also a variety of toys and games for a range of ages. Stairgates and 2 high chairs are also provided along with plastic plates, cups and cutlery. One travel cot is available but please bring your own cot linen.
The first floor you will find four bedrooms;
CLEY- an ensuite double room with a king size bed and sea views.
BLAKENEY- an ensuite family room with a king size bed which can be converted to twin beds and a set of 3ft Bunk Beds - a double aspect room with sea and garden views.
SHERINGHAM - An ensuite double room with a king size bed - a double aspect room with garden views.
SALTHOUSE - a twin room with two 3ft beds.
Family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
The second floor offers a further three bedrooms;
MUNDESLEY - a double room with a king size bed and sea view.
CROMER - a twin room with two 3ft singled beds. A great children's room due to restricted height, but adults love it too!
OVERSTRAND - a double room with a king size bed and views to the front of the house.
There is free wifi throughout the house. Outside, the large wrap around garden offers plenty of space to relax, with a hot tub, ping pong, outside dining furniture to seat 16 and a large coal barbecue. There is even a dog wash for sandy paws! There is enough parking for up to six cars. Hilltop is dog friendly, and up to four dogs are welcome.

30% deposit is required to book, with the balance due eight weeks before the arrival date. If the holiday is less than eight weeks away then payment in full is required to secure the booking.
There is a £500 refundable damage deposit added to all bookings at Hilltop.
