Property Details

Hall Farm Barn is a brand new contemporary barn conversion in a stunning rural location. Everything is all on one level including an open plan living/dining area with a smart TV and a well equipped kitchen. For keen cooks there are two electric ovens, a large hob, microwave, plate warming drawer, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer. The kitchen island is a great focal point, and there's even a wine fridge too.

In a cloakroom just off the lobby you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is free wifi for guests to use.

Both bedrooms have comfortable beds (there's a king size in bedroom one and a standard double in bedroom two). Each bedroom has it's own ensuite shower room with high quality Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware and Hansgrohe fittings. Traditional flint walls feature throughout the barn.

Hall Farm Barn has been refurbished to an exceptionally high quality, including fly screens on the doors and windows in the living areas. The back garden is fully enclosed and has views across fields. At the front of the barn there's plenty of parking for 2-3 cars, and up to two dogs are welcome at Hall Farm Barn at no extra charge.

The iconic red and white striped lighthouse at Happisburgh is open to the public during the year (check their website for opening times) and offers amazing views from the top. Happisburgh itself is a pretty seaside village with a village shop and an excellent fresh fish shop. Around Happisburgh, there's a choice of countryside walks across footpaths, or the sandy beach is a 5 minute drive away. The nearest pub is Hill House and we can also recommend The Star at Lessingham.

The market town of Stalham is 5 minutes drive from Hall Farm Barn with shops and a supermarket. The famous East Ruston Vicarage Gardens are nearby, and Smallsticks Cafe at Cart Gap is the ideal stop after a beach walk. Wroxham is a 20 minute drive away, and offers boat hire and river trips - a great jumping off point to explore the Norfolk Broads. The stately homes of Blickling and Felbrigg are within an easy drive, or Norwich is a half hour away with it's magnificent cathedral, cafes & restaurants as well as excellent shopping.

  • We have had a wonderful week in very comfortable surroundings. The renovation of the property has been done to a very high standard making it a very relaxing time for us. It made for a special place to come back to after trips to the lovely nearby beaches and walks. With very many thanks from us all.

  • We expected it to be good, but this has exceeded all our expectations. Fabulous and agree with everything people have said before us and more! Star Inn very good at Lessingham. Friendly and also great if you have your dogs with you. We very much hope to come back - even though we are 5 hours away. It's so peaceful. So much more to explore!

  • We all had a wonderful week here at Hall Farm Barn. Spotlessly clean and fitted out to a very high standard. Thanks for the welcoming drinks and snacks. Spent most of the time just 'turning off'. Relaxing in the peace and quiet in the garden away from our normal busy lives. Thank you.

  • We have had a great week. It's lovely to find accommodation which takes dogs. Horsey Wind Pump was interesting and had a great 3 mile walk. Wroxham Barns is a nice visit if it's cold/wet - the cafe is really nice. Sea Palling nice and Cart Gap cafe is a must!
